"Save settigns" buttin non existant on my buddypress install

Hello,
I am trying to set buddypress but I can’t et the register and activate page, I already created the blank pages and I can choose them on the dropb menu, but there is no “save setting” button.

I already select the “let anyone register button”

Any idea?
