Dear kleo team,
I have a couple of questions I’m hoping you can help me with:
(1) It seems that every time I refresh a page, there is a default for the page to scroll to the bottom of the page.
Is this a default setting somewhere that can be changed? I would like to always scroll to the top of the page after reloading. (Even better is if the page can remember where the cursor was, and go to that section after reloading, but this is probably too difficult.)
(2) After I add a graphic or image to a webpage using the “Single Image” element, I would like the image to stretch to the full width of the screen, but I cannot find the settings in “Single Image” that would allow me to do that. Even after I make every setting “full”, there will still be white space on the left and right margin of the graphic/image. Is there anything can be done so I don’t see any white spaces on the left and right margin?
Similarly, sometimes after I load an image/graphic, there will be white space on top and bottom margins. Is there a setting I don’t see the margins on top and bottom of a graphic/image for the “Single Image” element?
Thank you very much. Appreciate your help as always!

November 14, 2017 at 17:37 #179825RaduModeratorHi,
1. If you have there a login shortcode edit in vc and set autofocus the imput no.
If you don’t have any shortcode you will have to update the theme to latest version, was fixed in past updates.
2. Please can you provide a dummy created page showing that ? how the whitespace persists even you choose full width please ?
Also make sure to have all plugins updated especially K-elements and Visual composer.
Those spacces can be generated by the padding or margin of inner columns or rows.
Let me know
Cheers

Thank you for the response. And apologies for replying so late as I didn’t have a chance to work on the website for a few days.
The good news is that I figured out my question#2, it’s a simple matter of setting the graphic to “no” to the container setting, then the graphic will be full screen.
I’m still not clear on question#1. How did you get to the “Kleo Login Settings” screen? I do have the latest Kleo installed. But my template is a Child theme, so maybe I don’t cannot see the “Kleo Login Settings” screen?
Thank you as always,
JB
November 20, 2017 at 18:23 #180398RaduModeratorHi,
1. From visual composer if you are using an element, but if you are not use any login element, it means it’s from the default login pop-up and that was also fixed in latest theme update, you will have to update the theme, but if you have general-popups.php file overwritten in child in wp-content/themes/kleo/page-parts/ there should be something edited.
Let me know, if you had modified the template let me know the FTP or provide to me the file to remove the autofocus tag.
Cheers

I found the “Kleo Login Setting” VC element and made the change as you suggested. The problem appears to be fixed.
Thank you!!
