Search etc on Members page

The demo has the horizontal search on the member directory page.

When I do the shortcode for that search into the /members page, nothing displays. I just get the directory of profiles.

Am I supposed to do something to the file to allow for additional material on this page?

i’m assuming /members is your member directory?
if so, set it in wp-admin->sweetdate->buddypress instead. make sure you have some horizontal search fields checked.
