Search functionality is not working

We have sweet theme installed on the testing domain

eliteproposal.wpengine.com

there is sample of users there , however the search form is not returning any results on both

eliteproposal.wpengine.com/members/
eliteproposal.wpengine.com/pesquisa/

Any Ideas ?
