Search Members page only shows if you are logged in as admin

Hi,

I’m trying to launch a site today but noticed that the Search Members page doesn’t load.  If you click on Search Members on the website nothing happens.

But if you login as admin then you can see it fine.

Please can you let me know how to enable it so anyone who is a member can see it also.

The website is:

 

http://www.positiveplusone.com

Log in as:

Username: Christianmrcr
Password: Joanna1969

and the link doesn’t work/page doesn’t show.

But if you login as admin:

Username: positive
Password: positive001

It does show.

Please can you help me to enable it to view for all registered members?
