Search Result Display looks off

Hi – Is there a way to only show the product name or blog title in the search drop-down on the menu?  The  formatting looks really off and was wondering how this can be fixed or removed altogether and just show the Product Name or Post Title instead a preview of the page contents.

Hello, you can hide it by adding this to style.css of child theme

    display: none !important;
}
