Hi,
I’m having unexpected results with Search within Kleo. Specifically, I set up a search with a VC element to look at a post type called downloads (e.g. Easy Digital Downloads). The Ajax search works great, when you type in something. It retrieves downloads but the “VIEW ALL RESULTS” delivers results that are anything, but downloads. It pulls back images, and pages that have the keyword on them.
Is this the expected result? I have looked at examples on your sites, and URLs of the search have a different structure. The VIEW ALL RESULTS on my site are setup with <url>?s=<search parameter>.
What I would like to see when I click on VIEW ALL RESULTS is the results returned from the Ajax search and anything else that is a post, or however I setup the search.
I’m running Kleo 4.0.8 with a Kleo-Child theme.

When i use [kleo_search_form] shortcode and i press view all results i’m directed to a url like that : http://localhost/kleo/?s=video like in the demo… when you press view all results how the url looks ?Try to de-activate all plugins except visual composer and k-elements and try again…. also you can try to disable kleo child theme to test.
Let me know
Cheers

That is the problem.

Maybe something’s configured wrong?

If not it’s possible that one of you used plugins to interfere with this or some change in child theme.

Ie, I can set the context for the ajax results using theme options (in my case, woocommerce products) which works for ajax and hitting return. However the View all results link has no context option (ie, it is simply ?s=”search-term”. Minimal plugins, up-to-date versions of all, currently testing site. I don’t mind going in and hard-coding it, if you could direct me. I would suspect that it is the same with the demo site, as the code appears to have a div with class kleo-ajax-type-product followed by a separate link for the View all results.
Thanks
