Secondary menu overlaps primary menu in 2-row mode

I want to have two rows of menus, each of them with some sub-menus.
The first row contains the primary menu the second row the secondary menu.

Now the problem is that I cannot access the sub-menus of my primary menu because the secondary menu is on top of it.

I show you the Problem on my staging site with all other plugins beside the Microthemer de-activated. You can also de-activate the Microthemer if you wish but that doesn’t change the behavior.

I tried to stack the primary menu over the secondary menu (with z-index) but didn’t find the right classes.
