Section Disappears on Mobile

A section of the site disappears on mobile devices. The column settings on width & responsiveness shows the settings for big screen and ipad but ipad won’t show still, for mobile I tried changing the offset and width to 1/12 and 12/12 and nothing happens. The hide on mobile is not checked marked.

In about 90% off my site, no joke. In home page and on the main menu under promotions you have Restaurants, Activities, Fishing and Services. On each section you have several merchants and on each merchant this row/section whee you have plain text with color background that has a promotion and the restriction of this promotions. You can see it on desktop version but not on mobile devices. Actually if you resize your browser window you will notice how it disappears.

I found the problem and this is embarrassing. There is a setting in the Row Settings “Responsive Visibility” option. I should have accidentally clicked on the hidden phones and since I was looking at the column setting it was not working. Also since I used a template to make the pages this got coppied out. Thank you for all the help anyway!
