See members ‘type’ a user is looking for

Hi

I’d like to show members according to what a user is looking for e.g. show only men if a woman is looking for a man, and vice versa, with online members showing first.  At the moment users are shown both men & women, which is not ideal for a dating website!  Is there any way to do this?  I think it shows online members first by default.
