db connection errors and memory are different. contact your hosting provider.

also, you didnt increase php memory, you increased the WP memory allocated to WP. Since php is set to 256m, you can increase your wp memory to 256m too.

When I was contact with hosting provider “Bluehost” they said “that error usually happens with poorly coded scripts that open mysql connections but don't close them – you can only ever have 15 open connections with the db.”

what should I do? Is there anything else can I do to define this problem.

Now I increased the php memory to 256m in wp-config.php.
