Selecting a Category with Shop Shortcode

I’d like to use the shop shortcode to display featured products that are in a particular category. Is this possible?

Example: [featured_products CAT=”SOME_CATEGORY” per_page=”5″ columns=”5″ orderby=”date” order=”desc”]

No, its not possible without custom coding. Maybe there is a plugin that will do that.
