Hello. One of my users reported that they’re trying to log in via the frontend. They keep getting the “sending info; please wait” verbiage but are never able to log in. I successfully recreated this issue using my admin account. I’m not having issues logging in via the backend. FYI, I’ve been using S2Member Pro ever since I created my site with the Kleo theme over the last year or so. This is the first issue of this type I’ve had. I’ve also cleared all the cache and ensured all my plugins and themes are up to date.
Would you please take a look?

I just tried logging into your site via the frontend and I could not replicate the issue with the account you have supplied. Were you and your customer using a particular browser?
I update Revolution Slider and Visual Composer to the latest versions via Appearance > Install Plugins to ensure there was no issues there either.

October 2, 2017 at 00:03 #175385korymParticipantHi, Kieran. Thanks much for your reply. I greatly appreciate it! I was able to successfully log in via the frontend after I cleared my browser cache. FYI, I was using Chrome when I replicated the issue. I also tested using Safari and could not replicate the issue, thus causing me to think about clearing my browser cache. I replied back to my customer and suggested she do the same and let me know the outcome.
Thanks for updating Revolution Slider and Visual Composer for me, as well. Usually they’ll let me know when they need to be updated and I wasn’t getting that prompt.
