I have made a great advance in the customization thanks to your guidance. Now I need to know if there is a way to increase the functionality of the community ging more options to communicate between users.

What kind of features are you looking for? You can search in the WordPress.org plugin repository with Buddypress and the term for the feature you’re looking for to find plugins that may already offer it.

I have almost all covered. I woould like to know if it is possible to make the pictures at the profile to be mandatory, as well as some fields, like age and/or date of birth.I am using BP Required Field Notification plugin, but seems no to be workinh fine since I still see some mandatory fields empty.

Other thing is that I would like to add an option so pictures can be attached to the messages. Found BuddyPress Message Attachment plugin, but it sends the pictures as downloadable files.

My last question this time is if it is possible to include a message notifier widget.

Hi,

The plugin link that I sent you for BP Better Messages handles image uploads in the BuddyPress messages function.

For forcing users to have an avatar (at signup) you can use the plugin BP Force Profile Photo.

Yoast SEO is probably the best SEO plugin that there is. I am not sure if there are any BuddyPress specific plugins out there. You’ll have to research this option.
