Seperate Menus for Mobile

I noticed there was are semi-similar questions to this, but no real answer. Is it possible to have a different menu selection when on a mobile device than the desktop?

Unfortunately this is not possible using default kleo and wp. You should consider finding a plugin for this or hiring a developer.

This is not a quick solution to provide.
