Serious problems with most current Kleo update 3.0..

I updated to the newest version on Kleo 3.4 I believe. Once I do it the child theme won’t work with it and I try to go back to my wordpress dashboard and a bunch of code comes up (see attached!!)
THEN…
If I just have the parent theme active I get this message “without object from outside a class in /home/avalonca/public_html/wp-content/themes/kleo/kleo-framework/lib/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 3010

Warning I get after activating the Child theme:

And when I go to view the page itself (which does work, the wordpress dashboard is what isn’t working)… the menus I have had from the past disappear. SO is there no way to save my menus? Isn’t that the purpose of a child theme, to save those settings?
