set pagination-sticky mobile stadard

Hi,

i would like to make the mobile functionality of the pagination-sticky the standard functionality in my website, and not only until 480px. So, i want to have the pagination-sticky always in the bottom and not with arrows in the left and in the right of my site. I made some modifications in the app.css and app.min.css files(for example i changed the max-width in the rule of pagination-sticky to 1200px) but nothing seemed to work. Can you please advise me how am i going to do it?
