Setup Issues and customizing

Hello,

Great theme! I have just finished installing and i need help with two issues:

– First, the maps are not showing in the dashboard.. i assume i have to input my Google Maps API key, but cannot seem to find where..?

– Second, I can fid where to edit the background image for the login page. This topic shows up in your forums but the answer did not really solve my problems at all..

Hello, do you mean the homepage map? The “UPCOMING EVENTS LOCATIONS” ?
If you go to Pages, you should see the login page and should be able to edit it 🙂

I figured out the map part.. but still have not figured out where to change the background image set as default for the login page (login-background.jpg) /- I wish to use my own background image instead of that colorful one included with the template.

Hello, just replace the image at wp-content/uploads/2015/08/login_background.jpg but at the child theme 🙂

Hello, at your hosting file manager or using ftp, find the file and replace it for the one you want to use, and use the same name of the old file 🙂

I did this already but it seems to have not affected the background at all.. how do i replace an image for a child theme?

Hello, try by adding this to style.css of child theme

Actually this script worked perfectly but for the header image… how can i do the same for the login bg image?
