Hello,
When I try to add a short code to my page, the pop up menu to insert the short code is blank. (See attached pic)
It’s been 2 days and I have had no reply to this ticket.
I still can not edit my pages using the Kleo Shortcodes. As a result I can not edit my pages or posts. Please reply at your earliest convenience so I can resolve the issue and proceed to create the website.
Also, I you can not provide a solution to the problem, is Visual Composer compatible with Sweet Date?

Hello, you can try with SiteOrigin page builder, its been tested and works fine with sweetdate 🙂

By the way, kind of gave up on the Sweet Date theme. Too many problems with it. Just doesn’t seem to work very well.

As I mentioned in my last reply, Sweet Date has to many problems. Nothing seems to work right, so I don’t plan to use it. How do I get a refund?
The only thing that might cause the shortcodes page not to work is a conflict with some plugin or some custom modifications that you might made. Please deactivate them one by one until you find what’s producing your issue.
I see you’re complaining in lots of post about how you can’t do that, and change another but please understand that our themes comes with a big amount of styling options and if you’ll need anything beyond those you’ll have to make them by yourself. Sure, as you have already saw we always try to help our customers with small modifications, but you had a lot of requests and it’s better to recommend you to find and hire a developer to help you with your project. This way you’ll see that our themes are not so bad and probably it was only your lack of understanding how our themes work.
Refunds request can be made only to the envato marketplace site directly.

I’ve tried deactivating all plugins, I’ve uninstalled all other themes (except WordPress 2015), and the only custom code I’ve added is the code provided by tech support to stylize the top header colors and social icons. That said, I still can’t figure out why the Short Code light box is empty when accessing it in the WordPress Editor (see snap shot.)
You have any ideas what the issue might be?

http://travelcuckoo.com/wp-content/themes/sweetdate/framework/shortcodes/tinymce/popup.phpIf you can’t manage to fix this by yourself please provide me cpanel or ftp access and I’ll try to give a closer look.

It was a custom htacces file in wp-contents 🙂
