Shortcode error

The shortcode [kleo_recent_groups] don’t return the exact numers of members on the groups. anyone get some problem?

The count is done by buddypress and it should return fine. Do you have a link?

You can see on the main page of http://www.sex4fun.it/… it is reported 0 – 0- 0 -1 and the rigth value are: 2 – 2- 3 – 1 as reported on the admin section for groups.

So i don’t understand where is the problem 🙁

That is strange. we haven’t encountered this. Check if the users are activated and try adding some other users to those groups. We checked and it is the same function that generates the numbers..

Hello, I have added new profiles but the counter of the groups always marks the usual values​​. if i check as admini the numbers are right… strange problem thath i can’t solve 🙁

Do you use some caching plugins? Disable those, clear browser cache.. maybe that is it

i don’t use any caching plugin. i clean all cache and i try with different pc and browser but this error appear always
