Use Kleo Post shortcode. In the shortcode settings, change the layout to small left thumb.

I notice I don’t see any kleo shortcodes in my visual composer. I updated all files themes and plugins.

Perhaps it has something to do with the custom code in your child theme. Namely the kleo_vc_my_custom_shortcodes function. To test, enable the Kleo main theme and see if the k-element shortcodes come back. If so, then you know it something within your child theme.

Nope. I changed to the default main theme and can’t see shortcodes.

Not until Kleo 4.0. I dont have an eta but will be available soon.
