On post/page editor, the shortcode for Woocommerce and shortcode for sweetdate missing…I don’t why…

No, refer to image…No shortcode for woocomerce and sweetdate.

Hi, If you are using WP 3.9 please update Sweetdate theme to latest version. Woocommerce should also release an update to fix that since it is not related to the theme

To update, Should I update both of them (sweetdate and sweetdate-child) or either one?

Only sweetdate parent theme gets updated

Already update to 2.6.1…But the shortcode not appear

I”m having the same version. Just purchased the Sweet Date and Child theme package from you tonight so all the software is the latest and the greatest! Same issue, no matter which editor, this shortcodes is missing, making developing very difficult.

Please advise.

LOL I have tried both tabs! Its not there!

send me credentials to take a look. Also check to have the latest theme installed and don’t have any custom codes or templates overridden in child theme. I think the best thing is to try and activate the parent theme for test only
