On post/page editor, the shortcode for Woocommerce and shortcode for sweetdate missing…I don’t why…

Just purchased the Sweet Date and Child theme package from you tonight so all the software is the latest and the greatest! Same issue, no matter which editor, this shortcodes is missing, making developing very difficult.
Please advise.

Also check to have the latest theme installed and don’t have any custom codes or templates overridden in child theme. I think the best thing is to try and activate the parent theme for test only
