shortcode problem

Hello,

I have problem with shortcode in this theme.

for exemple [kleo_top_members] kill the page (only the header appear if i use that)

see : http://www.***.org/ac/

[pmpro_levels] show only one column instead of 3.

see : http://www.***.org/ac/membership-account/niveaux-dadhesion/

 

Same result if i use the parent theme instead of child.

No probleme with twenty fifteen theme

I desactivate all plug in exept BuddyPress for exemple 1 and PMPro for exemple 2 , same result

Please help, it come from your theme.

Hi,

IF you have more membership packages than one and is shown only one please go to wp-admin -> theme options -> memberships and set an order for these (see screenshot) – let me know if this will solve the issue with displaying packages.

Regarding that shortcode, please make sure that you have all components checked from wp-admin -> settings -> buddypress see screenshot
