Everytime I click on the short code icon within the visual composer, I get a gray box that pops up where it shows a loading symbol, but nothing ever loads. Is there something I can do to make sure the short codes within the text editor works properly. Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

I need access to your WordPress admin panel to be able to replicate your error. Use “Set as private reply” for security reasons.

the error comes from this piece witch you can find in the <head> section:

    <script src='/google_analytics_auto.js'></script>

Do I have to change this script with something else or just copy and paste this code into the section?

The directions you gave me tells me to login to my hostgator cpanel and uninstall the google analytics integration. The problem is google analytics is not integrated to my site, when I checked, so the link wasn’t helpful in that respect. I also tried to find that code you posted and it is no where to be found on php code. Can you help me remedy this please. Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

You need to figure out where that path to the analitics code comes from.

You may try and deactivate all the plugins and also contact HostGator support. On a fresh install, their is no reference to that file which is BTW outside the theme folder.

    Thank you,
    Catalin
