Shortcode search not shown

I have created a shortcode on a seperate page, but it doesn’t show up. COuld you please assist me with this?

If you are using the mixed form, you should see the create account when you are logged off and the search form when you are logged in

No, the page is called main. The full URL to the page is http://www.introlicious.com/main
You have to be logged in to see the page.

Actually the schortcode doesn’t work on any page. Go ahead and create a new page.

Hello, the problem is that you had active 0 which means deactivated, the correct is active 1, please check attached
Also you need to add profile fields and add them to the form.
To add profile fields: Users > Profile fields ( or you can import default ones at Import profile fields at Sweetdate > Buddypress )
To add them to the search form: Sweetdate > Buddypress at search form, check the ones you want to show.
Finally, make sure you complete the settings at Sweetdate > Buddypress ( age, matching fields, sex field etc…)
