Show full name and Profile completion reminder

Hi,

Please I would need an assistance on two things for my site and I would be glad if I can get your usual assistance.

1. I want user’s full name shown on their profile when they registered instead of the username showing, most times I have to go in to manually edit the profile name from username to full name. Please see attached sample.

2. I want users to be notified to complete their profile details when they are logged in after filling their base profile during registration. Kindly help with a plugin or a code that can do this for me.
