show men and woman online -Not customize

How do I turn on or show the number of men and woman online. I AM NOT trying to customize it , I am simply trying to turn that feature on. It came with the template

Hello, I will be happy to set it up for you if you can share admin access 🙂
Basically your users must have their gender selected and the shortcode needs to have the correct field and value that you are using

can you sent me a screenshot, I would like to know where to turn that feature on. By default it is off. I just logged in and it seems to be working. This ticket can be closed now
