Show Online Members Not Working

I have it set to show if members are online however it is only show the colored in dot on my profile and not others that are online. Attached screenshot…. Shows me “Troy” with a green dot online but member Bob Hamilton is online in this case but the green dot doesn’t show.

In looking at the code, the interval is 5 minutes. In your picture, Bob was active 11 minutes ago. So, its correct.

Hmmm. Ok. I noticed at the same time the widget for members online showed him as still online at that time. Must be a timing issue with both.
