Show pictures on "Activity" page

On the “Activity” page it’s possible to “Show” different types of content. The drop-down includes options for “Friendships,” “Topics,” “Updates,” etc. Is it possible to add a “Pictures” option that displays the most recent picture activity?

Hi, that should be managed by the rtmedia plugin if that is what you are using for picture uploading. That is not available in theme default functionality.
