show post author avatar in essential grid

first of all i want to say that you made a very great theme.

I have a little problem now with the new plug-in essential grid: i want to show the post author avatar in the grid post like in your “post-meta”, but i’m not able to find the meta-data name that you used. Can you help me for that?
