How to add the “bell” icon and “Message” icon in main menu for Kleo Live notifications
September 15, 2018 at 11:10 #209630Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
You can go to WP Admin > Menus and select your primary menu. Once you’re editing this menu you can add the live notifications / live messages option from the panel on the left titled KLEO. If you do not see KLEO as an option at the left scroll to the very top of the menu page, click the Screen Options tab and check the box for KLEO.
Thanks,
Kieran

I figured that out later and did it.. However when I add the “My Account” icon then the icon that appears in menu is the user’s Avatar. My question is :- Is it possible to display the “First Name” next to this Avatar image. Or I would rather say a message like “Welcome <first_name>” next to Avatar in menu.
September 15, 2018 at 21:41 #209657Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
You’ll need to enable the ‘Title Attribute’ option in ‘Screen Options’ when editing the menu to do this. Once you have activated it open the account menu item and enter the below in the field titled ‘Title Attribute’.
##member_name##
You can use this to say
Welcome ##member_name##
Or
##member_name##'s Account
And any other format as needed
Thanks,
Kieran
