Side menu when hovered

Liasian8.com is my site.When hovered on the logout and search menu the hand pointing on the menus appear but on the side menu which i put on the main menu and when hovered the hand pointing disappeared and guests wont know that it is clickable.How can you please make the menu like the logout and search when hovered be the same with the hand pointing on these menus.Thank you so much for the help

Thanks Shamster for taking time but I tried the code but didnt work then tried to add a on the code then worked
