When members are signing up they are not getting emails to confirm their account and when they put forgot password…it says it sent an email but it never shows up…please help..the site is live…
Hello, try using a smtp plugin if your php mail is not working, try https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
You can setup your server smtp at cpanel > mail accounts or using gmail smtp
