Sign-Up and Registration Forms modifications

Hello,
I’m a new user to the theme and I cannot understand where and how I can add fields to the sign up and registration forms.
For example, I need to add check box “I’m 18+”, without such box my site cannot be online.
Also, my website is in English and Russian languages, and I was able to localize (in Russian) everything, except these sign up and search forms on the Home page.
Please, explain how it could be done easily, preferably with some WordPress form generator.

Hello, to add fields to registration form, go to Users > Profile fields > And add new fields to BASE group, those will go to registration page.
To edit homepage form text go to Sweetdate > Buddypress, and change the form text
