sign up form not working

Hey. I can´t sign up after I installed the car theme. Actually it was working before I installed sweetdate so I don´t know if it was after I installed the sweetdate or the car theme. When I click on sign up I can see the form and after I complete it and click create my account, nothing happens. I haven´t received any emails from it. How can I solve that problem?
