Signup Page form field issues

My registration page is all screwed up. The birthday fields are collapsing after each date option is selected. I need to also fix it so the date is setup as Month, Day, Year.

After a selection is made under a drop down the notice This field can be seen by: Everyone Change
Is not formatting properly, its showing the text vertically like this:

field
can
be
seen
by:
Everyone
Change

not horizontally as it should be.

I am attaching a screenshot for you to see the problems.
Please supply a fix….

When I reverted back to v2.8 the issue went away.
