ParticipantLatest WP, BP, Kleo Theme are being used, just updated everything today.
I only have the Kleo Parent Theme and BP activated, bp-custom.php has been renamed and mu-plugin (singular) has been renamed both by changing the file extension to .txt.
When I vist a Single Group I get no content and no menus for the group. I do not understand why this is not working can you help me. I have many groups and a lot of content in the groups and worked in the previous theme I was using.

ParticipantGeesh I feel foolish. I paid for support to fix 3 things that all were with buddypress not working right. It seemed my issues were theme related since all I thought I had activated what BP, WP and the Kleo theme, but 2 of my issues where in bp-custom.php which I figure out before my post above. And I just worked out my second issue.
It seems the Groups Page was not responding well as a child page of another.
I had my BP Pages set up as follows, Activity assigned to the Community Page and both Members and Groups were child pages to Community. Members seemed to be OK, but groups not so much.
I figure at this point I can work my issues out from here. If there is a solution to making Groups a child page I’ll sort that on my own.
Would it be possible to get a refund on my support since I do not need it?

KeymasterHello, please try to leave the Community parent page not assigned to Activity. You could create an activity page that has parent the community.
Let me know how it goes. Also support is part of the Kleo purchase and can’t be refunded. I am sure you will have questions with time.

ParticipantFirst I purchased the theme a couple of years ago and had not needed support until I thought there was an actual issue in the theme. So I paid for support to report a bug or find out how I was using the theme wrong.
Second I answered my own question and you have not helped me.
Third I paid for support separate from the theme and I am not satisfied with the level of support I am receiving nor the length in time I waited for a response.
Fourth I am a dissatisfied customer for the support I paid for and will gladly dispute the transaction if you prefer not to provide me with a refund.
