Thank you for contacting support. I am sorry to hear of the troubles you have been experiencing. Though I am not sure why you would have been instructed to upgrade due to a internal server 500 error, there should be no reason why you cannot get a WordPress multisite to work on an OHWP (optimized hosting for wordpress) account. I took a look, and could seehttp://speltac.org/ was still being directed to the old server, and as such, was getting a suspended page. I went into your Sitelock CDN dashboard, and updated the IP address to point towards the new server. Then when I visited the website I could see an error:

Which was referencing your ‘kleo’ theme. I changed the theme to twentysixteen (a default theme) and then the site came up. You may be able to just reinstall the ‘kleo’ theme to resolve that error, or possibly you can reach out to the developer to see if they can fix the coding issue. That, or you could always find another theme to use. I also checked a number of the multi-sites you setup, and all that I checked seemed to be working. Can you check on your side to see if things are working? If not, I would be happy to take a look to see if we can get everything straightened out on the new account. Please let us know what you would like to do.
