Every time I login to the wp-admin of the SweetDate theme on my new site and then view the site it goes blank.
I sent a Private Ticket but it did not seem to registered with you/you didn’t receive it.
Can you help me please resolve this issue as the site is live?  I think it’s due to an upgrade in BuddyPress & WooCommerce and it’s caused a bug.

Basically I get a white screen error when I login to the admin and then View Site.  And all the members will get the same.

    Can you please help me?

Hello, please try to disable plugins using ftp or your hosting file manager, go to wp-contents and rename the plugin folder to plugin1 and try to login at your site, if it works, rename the folder back to plugins, you should activate one by one to see which one is creating the issue

OK, I’ve disabled them all and re-enabled one by one and the problem is the BuddyPress plugin. When BuddyPress is activated it goes blank.

I guess this is happening to all SweetDate users right now?

I will re-enable all the plugins again. I need you to sort it out for me, so can you take a look and fix the bug for me? I can give you the login username and password privately.

I need it sorting as the site is live.

    Thanks,
    Christian

Hello, buddypress is not the issue, try to activate buddypress at first, it must be another plugin that conflicts with buddypress

    Hi,
I deactivated all plugins and the site was showing.

I re-enabled BuddyPress as the first plugin and the site did not show when I pressed View Site.

I enabled wp-debug to find out the error and it was this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function bp_is_front_page() in /home/longmans/public_html/positiveplusone.com/wp-content/plugins/bp-custom.php on line 21

Can you please take a look for me at my admin and plugins/code:
    http://www.positiveplusone.com/wp-admin
    Username: positive
    Password: positive001

You will see what I mean. I’ve deactivated the wp-debug as the site is live. You can enable/reenable while it is live. We just need to do what we needs to be done to fix it.

    Appreciated.

Hello, i see the issue comes from a custom code you added to bp-custom.php, just delete that code 🙂 /wp-content/plugins/bp-custom.php on line 21
