Site not formatting properly?

Hi guys,

Our site isn’t formatting properly with your theme, Kleo. It’s a fresh install and the only import is the demo data – and the issue was there before importing the demo content.

You’ll see at our website that it’s simply not formatted properly with weird boxes and no real colour? Do you have any idea what might be causing this please? It’s urgent.

Hi,

Do you have used kleo theme before 3.0.10 version ?

If yes go to wp-admin -> Theme options -> Save settings

Let me know if it works.

Thanks for the reply, but unfortunatly that hasn’t worked. It’s a fresh install and it’s the first theme we’ve installed.

I’ve tried it all the same and no joy, only recommended plugins are installed – tried deactivating all and also one by one and still no change?

Any other ideas?

Hi,

I’ve tried to figure out what causing this problem but unsuccessful,
I need FTP access to can take a look closer at this issue, the styling problem is caused by this file : http://student.bmaba.com/wp-content/uploads/custom_styles/dynamic.css which is empty, here it should be the styles of website, it seems that file don’t have permissions to be overwited.

Please provide ftp
