Site still too slow

Hi, I seen most of the slow site comments here and i did follow your guide here http://seventhqueen.com/blog/code-snippets/the-definitive-wordpress-speed-guide-step-by-step-easy.html

Pageload is still too slow and i like to know how your 8.7mb kleo demo page loads in 2.19sec compare to mine 8.8mb in 10+secs.

I understand there could be server related issues but when i use another theme to test it does load much much faster.

Your further help/suggestion to speed up the site could be really helpful. Something isnt right here.

update: after deactivating rtmedia site is %40 faster, page load is down to 4secs from 10sec.

Hello, it is a known issue that rtmedia is slow recently, all we can do is suggest tips and as you already saw the article, is all about, server, cache and big plugins
