Slider not compatible with mobile

mobile is enabled on the slider settings under layout & visual. How can i give you access if im hosting/logging in via godaddy?

Hello, the issue is that the slider is not visible on mobile?
If so, please go to Revolution Slider > Slider Settings ( gear icon ) and at Visibility check to show on mobile
