Slider Revolution appears not to be working

Hi! I have two questions:

1. How do I get my landing page up? Currently the landing page looks like this: http://www.krozz.com and I can’t find the place to set the static page as the one like you have currently. (with the search bar)

2. I can’t seem to get the slider revolution plugin installed without paying–I thought slider revolution was bundled…
