Slider Revolution Not working

Hi!

I just uploaded the Kleo theme. After having installed it and following the online tutorial, I am stuck at Slider Revolution. On home page its showing the message as in tutorial- “Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias HomeFullwidth not found”.

As followed in tutorial, after visiting Slider Revolution in Dashboard, the function keys (import slider) are not working/responding. I am unable to import slider. I have attached an image of the dashboard.

Please advise urgently.

Its throwing 500 server errors on revslider even with all plugins deactivated and kleo deactivated. Can you check your server logs to see what’s going on please

I just installed an older version of revslider for you which seems to be working. But check those error logs (as your hosting company for help) so we can figure this out.

Thanks so much…But, I am sorry to say, I am sort of beginner, and just know my way in and out of wordpress. But I will write to the host as you mentioned. Hope I dont face any problems going forward with slider rev.

Hi!

I am facing a similar problem in materials handling page- “Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias material-design not found.
Maybe you mean: ‘HomeFullwidth'”. I want this page as my home page.

Also, the other settings on this page have gone haywire. How do you suggest to put them back in place.

You need to import the material design header.

I can’t answer you other issues until I’m back at my desk. But you can always delete the page, purge it from the trash and reimport by selecting the specific page option

I see that you got the slider imported 🙂

The only thing that I saw that was wrong on the page is that you hadnt turned on transparent main menu down in Theme General Settings. I turned that on and now the menu and your logo sit on top of the slider.
