Can someone please tell me how do I update my slider revolution, I am unable to make amendments as it seems frozen at the minute.

Go to wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins look for update link for the revolution slider.

There is no update link there for the Revolution Slider and obviously I don’t have a purchase code since the slider is part of my package.
The slider definitely needs to be updated, there is a red notice on the slider dashboard.

Please wait until the update notice will appear under wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins ,, the plugin it’s bundled with our theme and that you should wait for us to do update.

I need to make amendments to my slider right now. This 8s urgent as my slider has frozen and I can’t make any changes.

Go to wp admin -> plugins -> Slider Revolution -> deactivate -> delete, then go to wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins -> Slider Revolution -> install

Will your suggestion delete my slider??
I don’t want to delete my slider I just want to make a few adjustments.
Also, I have noticed that the sliders only shows-up on Windows and Android but does not work on Macbook or an Ipads. My mobile settings in absolutely correct in the slider, you previously gave me the info.

I need this to be resolved please, If Radu is not available then someone else should have stepped in by now!
I have paid for a bundle which includes the premium plugin the revolutionary slider. It’s extremely disappointing that there is not an obvious way to update this plugin without the purchase code. I should not be expected to update my plugin by going into my file manager, delete and upload the plugin which requires a purchase code.
Having an out-of-date plugin is risking my website.

The revolution slider update will comes after we add on our servers new update of the slider and this will be added soon after the revslider releases a new update.
I suggested you to delete the slider then to re-install in this way it will pulls the new available revslider on our update server, if there is no any new version it means that the bundled updated is not ready.

Please give me a definite answer, soon is not an answer as I explained, my slider is not displaying properly as it stops displaying on my website and all devices on its own?
When exactly will 7th queen update the premium plugin Slider Revolution to the latest version on their server, since it has already been more than 7 days?

We had updated the revslider on the update server and the update notice/button should appear under wp-admin -> appearance -> plugins
