Slow queries trouble (MySQL DB)

I have big trouble with the theme causing slow queries that after a while makes our DB server to crash.

Please advice.

Hi, please install a caching plugin to help your server. Theme does not do anything to create that.

Understandable. Which cache plugin do you recommend for Sweetdate and with which settings?
