Smooth Scroll for anchor links

Hi,

I’ve successfully created anchor links on my website (page). When I click on an anchor link, the targeted section on the same page loads successfully, but I am trying to introduce a smooth scroll.

PS: I saw this thread, but it talks about scrolling on a different target page. I am trying to scroll to a section on the same page
