Seems like the server is blocking the font of the icons, please try to contact hosting provider about it, or try using Google library plugin

I have contacted the tech support folks at SiteGround and they say that they aren’t blocking anything. I have added the Google Library plugin and that hasn’t helped. What should I try next?

The css will be added to wp-admin -> theme options -> General settings -> Quick CSS

[class^="icon-"]:before, [class*=" icon-"]:before {
    font-family: "fontello" !important;
}

Of the the plugins change the font family css rule for al I’s elements
