Social Icons to the Right of the Nav Bar

How can I add the social media icons directly to the right of the nav bar (photo attached)?

The easiest way is to add menu items using the Custom Links option and setting an icon for the item.

Perhaps you didnt understand.

Go to appearance > menus. click the custom link and put the url to whatever social address you want. Add it to your menu. In the item settings for that link, select the appropriate social icon.

The problem with moving the social icons that are usually on the left of the header is the expand/contract animations during hovering.
