Social media commenting and changing the menu

For my project I want to enable Facebook-commenting for my users. I already have enabled the social media liking and sharing options. But I can’t find this option. Is Sweet Date able to handle the commenting with Facebook per page and post?

My next question is about the menu.
I want the backgroundcolor of the menu-buttons fixed in stead of only showing when hovering. The white button-text seems to dissapear at the moment. When I changed the menu-color in the Theme Options-menu in the WordPress Dashboard I noticed the chosen color would overlay the header completely.

About the menu,what do you mean fixed? Like do you want to have a background color?
